From the first moment you step in that restaurant the waiters give you a nice feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a nice restaurant to go out with friends or with your date. Great meals, skillful chief cook and stuff, honest pay and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. Itās very clean and great ambience. Customer service was top notch. I loved butter chicken and kabab. Food arrived just on time and were fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to try delicious Indian food. I would visit again without any doubt.
Raaga Tandoor in Burke was introduced to me by clients when they took me to lunch to celebrate their recent home sale - and OH MY - it was SUCH a delicious meal we're planing regular get togethers!! The Chicken Thali lunch special was amazing with a beautiful presentation and delicious assortment of house specialties. The Thali special also comes in Lamb or Paneer options and included Basmati Rice, Chana Masala (curried chick peas), Saag (spinach), Naan and then sauces. Located in the Burke Commons Shopping Center, it's the perfect respite when running errands. Looking forward to our next visit - trying some other delicious options!!
We love this place when craving the comfort of authentic Indian food. We've only ordered to-go, so I can't speak on wait staff service or dine-in atmosphere/ambiance. The food is always ready ahead of schedule, packed immaculately, delicious large portions, and piping hot when we pick it up and bring it home. Favorites of ours are the butter chicken, garlic Naan, cheese Naan, lamb curry, and samosas.
This used to be my to go place to have mutton biryani. I might have had around 50 times. Every time I ordered I enjoy my food to the fullest. After a while I came back today and itās the same authentic taste. I enjoyed to the fullest. I love the ambiance and neatness of the restaurant. Itās big thumps up from my end if you are looking for a rightly balanced spices in the food. Employees are friendly and welcoming.
Fantastic fresh flavorful meal, quality/taste exceeds price, and generous portions. I drove here from Arlington for lunch with family and we were extremely impressed by their delicious homemade food (one of the best butter chicken dishes weāve, tasty rice, pillowy naan, flavorful palak chat, and warm perfectly sweetened carrot hallwa). So much food we had enough for a second meal to take home. Will definitely be a recurring customer. Chef is very talented.
I typically only order delivery from this restaurant and didnāt think much of it until I dined in. The service was amazing and the food was just as good. Dining in is a much different experience thank ordering takeout/delivery. Quantities are much bigger, food is cheaper than listed on 3rd party application. Overall it was great and Iād definitely opt-in for dining in over the latter.
Absolutely mind blowing food. The butter chicken, naan, samosas and tikka masala was the best Iāve had! Too bad the buffet isnāt around anymore, the food is very clean with no grease. Music and atmosphere is top notch, plus the staff makes you feel like royalty. Donāt pass this place up!
Phenomenal! Stopped in for lunch-ordered the Chicken Thali lunch plate. Very friendly server had the kitchen make the dishes very spicy for meāand it was delicious-just the right amount of spice! Very clean and beautiful restaurant with extremely polite staff!
Very very delicious food and most importantly very fresh and high quality lamb! Staff were super nice The restaurant was clean And the restrooms were also very clean which is always an indication of the general cleanliness of a restaurant.
Loved our dinner at Raaga Tandoor in Burke tonight! Between the dishes of Lamb Curry, Tandoori Chicken, and Mo Mo Jhol (chicken), everyone in our family was impressed. Great service, generous portions, and excellent flavors ā canāt wait to come back again. š

I only order carry out. But the food is delicious and it's so reasonable. Wonderful to have a GREAT local Indian place.

Havenāt been in a while. Got takeout during the COVID fiascoāit was ok. But the dine in today was superb. The food was delicious, I had lamb curry and the wife had lamb saag. Really good. The rice is very tasty and the garlic naan melts in the mouth. Service was fantastic-always wanted to know how the food tasted. Well it was delicious! Atmosphere is a bit lacking but there was constant traffic for the takeaway and for the dine-in.
My son and I love this place. We usually get takeout. 9 times out of 10 they are very prompt with the 'to go' order, but every once in a while they are significantly delayed. It's worth the occasional wait! We often get two of their most popular dishes: Butter Chicken and Lamb Vindaloo. They are both excellent.
One of my favorite Indian restaurants in the DMV area. Raaga Tandoorās lamb biryani is irresistible! A big shout out to one of the best waitresses Iāve known, Kreeti!!
